Forward Thinking

This time of year always drags me into a strange place. Sensations of spring start to strike the core as the weather toys with my emotions. Tax returns come back and money decisions strike a chord of responsibility versus pleasure, and the longing to ride a mountain bike strikes me in a big way. I am currently thinking forward to the start of a new bike season and laying out the ground work for fun! I am thinking that this year I will mix some MTB racing with some road racing. I would like to keep from traveling a ton and spend a bit more time in the great city of Madison if at all possible. I will be traveling further this year I am guessing as I am planning on hitting a few NORBA races but I would like to hit a few more road races instead of the further away WORS races. I am excited to being racing for Mongoose this year but wish it didn’t mean I had to leave Michael’s Cycles I really like them all and wish I could race for both. It will be strange not having any real teammates to speak of. We will see how that goes.
